Shoot the Cancer Target Company has a 30-day return policy with a refund on all items that can be resold. Damaged or used items are not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and not covered in the return policy.
How To Get A Refund:
- Step 1 – Verify that your item/items are in “like new” condition.
- Step 2 – Call (503) 508-0032 or email us here to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Step 3 – Mail your items to the address provided by customer service.
- Step 4 – Once your items are received and determined to be in resalable condition you will receive a refund. If products are not returned in “like new” condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Custom designed and/or engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any product purchased as part of a promotion is not eligible for a refund.
Free shipping items and promotions. Clearance items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable by our carrier.
You are responsible to report any damaged items and/or shipping discrepancies within (5) business days of delivery by calling our Customer Care Center at (503) 508-0032 between 8AM-5PM PST – Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) or click here to email us.
